These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Meat Signal website located at meatsignal.com (the "Site"), including all content, services, newsletters, data, reports, tools, and features offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms are entered into between you ("User," "Subscriber," "you," or "your") and Red Square Consulting, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida ("Meat Signal," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, subscribing to our newsletter, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By accessing the Site or subscribing to our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

1.2 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Meat Signal is a market intelligence platform providing data, analysis, price signals, forecasting information, training content, and related services focused on the protein industry, including beef, pork, chicken, and turkey markets. Our Services are designed for professional buyers, distributors, wholesalers, and importers operating in the protein industry.

2.1 Free Tier Services

Upon subscribing with a valid email address, free tier subscribers receive access to: weekly market intelligence newsletter, access to the Meat Signal web application with limited functionality, access to sample market reports, and limited price prediction data and signals as designated by Meat Signal.

2.2 Paid Tier Services

Meat Signal offers premium subscription tiers providing expanded access to Services, including enhanced market reports, mid-week price signals, price prediction models, AI-powered forecasting tools, interactive data tools, training programs, and live video content.

2.3 No Financial or Investment Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The information, data, reports, price signals, forecasts, and analysis provided through Meat Signal's Services are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained in our Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, commodity trading advice, or any other professional advice of any kind.

Meat Signal is not a registered commodity trading advisor (CTA), registered investment advisor (RIA), financial planner, broker, or dealer of any kind. All purchasing, trading, and business decisions made by Users based on information obtained through our Services are made solely at your own risk.

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account by providing your name, email address, and other information as requested. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@meatsignal.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each subscription is for a single user only. You may not share your account credentials with third parties.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@meatsignal.com. All sales of paid subscriptions are final except where required by applicable Florida or federal law.

All content, materials, data, reports, analyses, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property available through the Site and Services are owned by or licensed to Red Square Consulting. The Meat Signal name, logo, and "Market Decoded" tagline are trademarks of Red Square Consulting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or use our content to build competing products.

You agree not to: violate applicable laws; impersonate any person or entity; transmit spam or malware; interfere with the Site's integrity or performance; attempt unauthorized access; use the Services for unlawful or deceptive purposes; systematically retrieve data to create competing databases; or conduct competitive intelligence against Meat Signal.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to receive email communications from Meat Signal. Our market data is sourced from publicly available government databases including USDA Market News, USDA NASS, and MPR DataMart.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED SQUARE CONSULTING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED SQUARE CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES. In no event shall Red Square Consulting's total liability exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Square Consulting and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and fees (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Meat Signal does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to other users or Meat Signal. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@meatsignal.com.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal action shall be instituted exclusively in state or federal courts located in Florida.

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting support@meatsignal.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Florida.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Meat Signal provides Services in both English and Spanish. In the event of any conflict between the English and Spanish versions of any content or these Terms, the English version shall control and govern.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meat Signal with respect to your use of the Services. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
